Automatic SMOK complexes

SMOK-type Biomass combustion systems are available in the power range from 30 to 240 kW. They are designed for burning various types of biomass sawdust, wood chips, shavings, briquettes, pellets, grains or fruit seeds. Efficient fuel combustion is possible thanks to the use of cast iron and ceramic burners. For fuel supply, bunkers are manufactured in the range from 0.6 m3 to 27 m3, and spring fuel extraction units.

The Automatic Biomass Combustion Kit (ACCB) consists of a "Moderator" type boiler and an Automatic Biomass Combustion Feeder (APSB).

The boiler is made of high-quality sheet steel (steel P265GH). The walls of the combustion chamber are cooled with water. Boilers with a capacity of 60 kV are additionally equipped with a ceramic partition in the combustion chamber, for better combustion of combustion products. The automatic ash removal system is a standard equipment of boilers with a capacity of 120kV, 180kV, 240kV.

Container-type boiler house is used for the production of heat for residential buildings, shopping malls, hotels, holiday homes, industrial premises and industrial facilities, as well as for the periodic supply of thermal energy during the modernization of district heating, its replacement without interrupting the supply of heat.

Spring fuel extraction unit - can work together with a Moderator type water boiler or with every other boiler that the design allows for its connection. The use of a spring fuel extraction unit makes it possible to use existing premises for a fuel bunker.

Bunker for fuel (biomass) - Adapted for automatic transportation of fuel (biomass) to heating devices. Presented in volumes: 0,6m3, 1m3, 2m3, 4m3, 6m3, 8m3, 10m3 and 27m3.
